Key to our success is the project management approach we take to each project. There are many components and activities that happen both sequentially and concurrently from the design through to the completion of a project no matter how big or small. With our experience and the Clearview Methodology we can ensure that your windows and doors are specified correctly, ordered properly, manufactured according to specifications and then delivered at the right time and installed correctly, all the while keeping you up to date and ensuring a smooth process.

Our installation teams are individually trained and certified to carry out the installations in accordance with AAMSA, SAGGA and SANS regulations, specifications and requirements. Dorwin Installation teams work within the Clearview Project Methodology approach which ensues that timelines, deliveries and installations are quick, efficient and on time!

Training

Due to a lack in the industry of any recognised training, Dorwin started it's own internal qualification program where all new team members undergo a period of product awareness and installation technique training before they undergo an apprenticeship to gain on-the-job hands-on training which builds competency and ensures successful implementations.
